          Amethyst Amelia Kelly, better known by her stage name Iggy Azalea, is an Australian rapper, songwriter, and model. She has collaborated with any amazing singers such as Charli XCX,Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, Mø, T.I., Jennifer Hudson, Wale and many more. She has a lot of great hits such as 'Fancy' which she collaborated with Charli XCX that song's music video is her most viewed music video and reached 715 million views. Her other hits are  'Black Widow', she collaborated with Rita Ora and 'Problem' and collaborated with Ariana Grande. 2 weeks ago she just released her music video of her new hit 'Team'. 
          Iggy Azalea was born in Sydney, Australia in June 7 1990. Sydney is a beautiful city. Unfortunately, her parents moved to Mullumbimby, New South Wales when Iggy was still a baby. Mullumbimby is small Australian town with only 3000 inhabitants. Iggy's mother was a hotels cleaner and her father was a painter and comic artist. Iggy hated school uniforms and never joined her classmates. She had no friends and was teased for her homemade outfits. Iggy dreamed to go somewhere because she felt herself like a foreigner in her very own country. When Iggy visited Los Angeles during her 13 teenage years, she met a hip hop music for the first time and realised what she is going to be. A rapper. She started to listen to Tupac and Missy Elliot. These two were her favourite artists. 14 Iggy started to rap and even introduced a female hip hop band but the other girls didn't take it seriously so Iggy had to disband it. She took her first stage name from her childhood dog, Iggy. It was only Iggy for a long time. Then, her grandpa told her to get a 2nd name so she chose the name of the street where she grew up, Azalea, where her family lives to this day. Iggy is a unisex name but quite masculine for her so she used a feminine name, Azalea to balance it off. Iggy realised that she won't be able to fulfil her dream in her town. So she decided to go to the heart of hip hop, USA. She started to work together with her mother and save money for a journey. Iggy was working so hard that she even got dropped out of a school cause she didn't attend lessons. All that time Iggy was scrubbing floors in hotels that is why she included " Or how many floors that I had to scrub" in the lyrics of her song called 'Work'. At the age of 16, she finally saved enough money for a ticket. Iggy understood that to move thousands of miles away to the place you don't know, without family and enough money to live is crazy but this fact wasn't scaring her as much as the thought that she will stay here unhappy and miss understood, she had no friends and was teased for her homemade outfits at homeland. so Iggy decided to leave Australia.Iggy told her mother that she going on a holiday with her friend, but she had some different plans...
          When Iggy landed in Miami, She had only one friend. He was her friend from internet. Who took Iggy from the airport. She celebrated the New Year with his people and that's how she found her first friends there. She tried a lot of things in Miami just to survive but she always failed. She started to make music but none of them became popular. After a lot of failure, she is now very famous and rich. She owns a mansion in Los Angeles. She also owns a Ferrari that she bought from Beverly Hills. She once dated a rapper called Asap Rocky but they broke up. Now she is engaged to a Lakers basketball player, Nick Young. People think she is just an artist that suddenly became famous but they didn't know what Iggy Azalea have been through. I think her hard work is now payed with her success.
